All sales of Raw Honey Project food products are final. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any food items, even if unopened. Our products are small-batch and handcrafted, so we appreciate your understanding.
Non-food items, such as Raw Honey Project apparel, may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is returned in unsuitable condition or outside the 14-day return window, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. If you’d like the item returned to you, you’ll be responsible for the re-delivery cost.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@rawhoneyproject.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll quickly make it right with either a replacement or a refund for the affected item(s).
Refunds to your card typically take 9–14 business days to process. For PayPal purchases, refunds can take up to 30 days, per their policy.
We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show as “delivered” to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you spot an error after ordering, email us immediately at info@rawhoneyproject.com with your order number and the correct address — we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once shipped, we’re unable to cancel the order.
