We currently ship within the United States (including select U.S. territories). At this time we don't offer shipping to other international locations.
Our full refund policy can be found here.

We're really sorry to hear that. Email us at info@rawhoneyproject.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item, and our team will make it right as quickly as possible.
Yes! Every jar is raw, unfiltered, and unpasteurized.
Yes. We only use USA unfiltered and unpasteurized raw honey — never foreign.
Unfiltered means we don't push the honey through ultra-fine filters that strip away pollen, propolis, and other microscopic treasures from the hive — the things that give raw honey its flavor, texture, and wellness benefits.
Unpasteurized means we never expose our honey to high heat (never above 105°F). We only gently warm it to help handling — never hotter than a beehive on a summer day — to preserve its natural enzymes, antioxidants, and pollen.
Many brands filter and heat their honey as high as 160–170°F to keep it crystal-clear on shelves for years. Even some labeled "raw" use excessive heat that destroys the beneficial parts of honey.
Absolutely not. In the U.S., the term "raw" isn't legally defined or regulated — a company can heavily heat or finely filter their honey and still legally call it raw.
Some "raw" honeys also include imported blends, and industry investigations have found cases of adulteration with syrups. That's why transparency and sourcing matter. Ours is unfiltered and unpasteurized, gently warmed below 105°F to protect its natural enzymes, antioxidants, and pollen.
Not necessarily. Organic certification generally means hives are placed where bees forage on organic crops — but because bees fly several miles, guaranteeing 100% organic nectar is extremely difficult. Organic honey also isn't automatically more "raw"; many organic honeys are still heavily filtered or heated.
What often matters more is how the honey is handled, whether it's exposed to high heat, how much it's filtered, and how transparent the brand is. We focus on minimal handling, low heat, and keeping honey as close to its natural state as possible.
